The prices above are determined based on hours of coverage and editing or a package from CDR Production’s web page. Each combination specified above designates a "Package Price". A combination must be specified at the signing of this contract; however, you may ask the videographer to stay longer (in one hour increments) if necessary, and the price will increase based on the list above. If an additional number of videographers are required to cover the events that take place in the time frame specified, you will be billed accordingly for those extra numbers of people. These additional charges will be due in addition to the above listed prices above. If the full amount is not paid within 14 days after the completion of the event, the client will be in default hereunder and shall pay 10% interest on the unpaid balance until payment is made in full within a 30 day period after the fact. If the client has not completed their obligations to payment after the total of 44 days from the production date, the owing amount will be increased by 10% each month until the owing balance is made in full.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to retain the videographer & equipment to perform the services specified herein. This deposit will be applied to reduce the total cost of services ordered herein. The remaining balance will be due no less than 7 days after the event date.
Cancellation If any agreement or contract is cancelled at any time before the event date, any monies paid to C.D.R. Productions will not be refunded and the client is required to notify us as early as possible. Exception: 6 months advance notice.
6 Months advance notice: CDR Productions will refund 50% of any monies paid if the contact or agreement is cancelled with more the 6 months notice.
Format All motion video will be 16.9 format unless otherwise specified.
Unable to perform If C.D.R. Productions cannot perform this agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then C.D.R. Productions shall return the deposit to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that video equipment/materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in shipping, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the videographer. In the event the videographer fails to perform for any other reason, the videographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client's order.
Arbitration If all motion footage and recording media are accepted at the time of presentation there will be no dispute for any sum later on. In this case, the client waives all rights to dispute any disagreements between client and C.D.R. Productions. If the client is not satisfied with the production at the day of receiving them and refuses to accept them, he may ask for a full refund of the balance due only, except for any materials and the initial deposit is awarded to C.D.R. Productions.
Conditions The conditions of a production and their unpredictable nature do not guarantee an absolute account for every motion video requested. A maximum of 10 hours is charged at C.D.R. Productions standard rate within each option, any additional footage taken by a videographer will be charged accordingly at double the hourly rate.
Usage C.D.R. Productions is authorized to use footage from this event for the sole purpose of promotion through print media, website promotion, or any other means of advertising. C.D.R. Productions is not authorized to sell these images in any means without the clients' consent.
Emergency coverage C.D.R. Productions will provide a qualified professional to cover your event in place of the contracted videographer only in cases where the contracted videographer is unable to fulfill his/hers duties.
